Process Optimisation

In order to:

  • Facilitate the use of alternative fuels (fuel flexibility),
  • Enhance the product quality,
  • Optimise the economical use of raw materials (natural resources),
  • Reduce air emissions to air by improving the burning conditions,

 

EESAC helps improve the process conditions in particular by:                              

  • Performing heat and mass balances of industrial processes
  • Modelling heat transfer
  • Applying computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for process modelling (combustion, flows, heat transfer, calcination)
  • Maximising the use of natural resources
